We began by understanding iMed’s users — doctors, pharmacists, and patients. Through interviews and journey mapping, we identified pain points in accessing medical information and defined key usability goals to guide the redesign.
Using our insights, we crafted wireframes and visual systems focused on clarity, accessibility, and consistency. A clinical color palette and structured typography brought simplicity to complex medical data, ensuring trust and readability.
